GOLFKING is a local coordination and consultation service company centered on Japan golf travel. Based in Shizuoka Prefecture, we support Chinese, Korean, and international clients by organizing the key parts of a Japan golf itinerary, including golf course inquiries, hotel and accommodation confirmation, transfer coordination, restaurant information, rental club requirements, and pre-departure notes.
We do not simply introduce one golf course. We look at the practical feasibility of the full journey, including group size, travel dates, course rules, hotel location, vehicle routes, restaurant timing, seasonal weather, and multilingual communication.
GOLFKING operates in Japan through GOLFKING合同会社 and has a related Korean entity, 골프킹 주식회사. Through localized service and multilingual communication, we aim to provide practical and responsible itinerary support for clients coming to Japan for golf.
Our work
Our role is to help clients understand and confirm the practical details before and during the trip.
Based on travel dates, group size, golf experience, budget direction, and preferred region, we help review suitable Japan golf courses and confirm rules, tee times, dress code, rental club availability, arrival time, and key notes.
We review hotels or resort stays according to course location, next-day tee time, room requirements, hot-spring stays, breakfast, and checkout timing.
Japan golf trips often depend on travel time. We organize transfer and daily movement information between airports, stations, hotels, golf courses, and restaurants.
Based on finishing time, hotel location, client preferences, and vehicle routes, we organize suitable restaurant information and help confirm dining times when practical.
We support communication in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and English so overseas clients can better understand confirmations from golf courses, hotels, vehicles, and restaurants.
Before departure, we organize confirmed times, locations, contacts, notes, course rules, and mobility information as clearly as possible.

We do not describe an item that is still under inquiry as a completed reservation, and we do not make unsupported guarantees. Golf courses, hotels, vehicles, restaurants, and related arrangements depend on actual availability, on-site rules, and final confirmation from each service provider.
